E+ KA2 “SErving youngsters”

Erasmus+ Small-scale KA2 project “SEerving youngsters” funded by Estonian National Agency.

The main aim of the project is to develop new services for partner organizations in order to make them better equipped for working in a sustainable way, and at the same time offer youngsters opportunities of work experience through those services.

Project tangible outcome:

  • 3 service models
  • developed capacity to work in the youth work field sustainably

Project structure:

  1. Management arrangements:  Setting the clear plan after approval of the project. Team and working groups set.
  1. Kick-off activity in Estonia:  Project partners meeting with study visit elements to understand local reality and good practices. Formulating shared understanding of project outcome structure and 
  1. Service models development seminar in Romania: 1 week seminar gathering partners representatives, external experts and trainers to develop business models together. 
  1. Designing service models: Online work done by all partners to formulate drafts created during the seminar as usable tangible models. 
  1. Implementation phase at the local level: All partners are launching new services in their own areas (local, regional, national) and gathering experiences to share as a final outcome (written models).
  1. Final design of outputs
  2. Final event in Latvia: International event in Latvia with representatives from partner countries to launch models officially, share project experiences and to do networking. 
  1. Evaluation, visibility, reporting: Online work done by all partners  to finalize the whole project.
